Do you offer set packages?
No — we offer a fully bespoke service, so we don’t offer one‑size‑fits‑all packages. Every event is different, and your décor should be too. Instead, we create a tailored proposal based on your space, vision and requirements. Learn more about our bespoke approach.
How much does it cost?
All pricing is custom, please fill out an enquiry form and we can create a proposal.
What’s included in the service?

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially during summer months. For larger events, earlier is always better. However please also email / contact us if you are planning something last minute we will always do our best to help.
Do you have a minimum spend?
We don’t have a minimum spend because we believe every event deserves to shine — whether it’s an intimate celebration at home or a large‑scale, statement‑making event.Our bespoke approach means we design décor that fits your space, your vision and your moment, without forcing you into a set spend
Do you cover my area?
We are based in Watford and cover Hertfordshire, London and surrounding areas. Travel fees will apply depending on location.
How long does installation take?
This depends on the scale of your design. Smaller installs may take 1–2 hours; larger or multi‑area designs can take several hours. We will confirm timings in your proposal.
Do you offer takedown/removal after the event?
Yes — removal can be added to your booking if required. This is recommended for venues with strict turnaround times.
Can you match my theme or colour palette?
Absolutely. All designs are custom‑created to suit your event’s aesthetic. We can match all colours and themes.
Do you work with event planners or venues?
Yes — we regularly collaborate with planners, stylists and venues to ensure a seamless experience.
What if I don’t know what I want yet?
That’s completely fine — most clients don’t. Our enquiry form helps us to understand your vision, and we’ll guide you with ideas, concepts and recommendations.
How do I book?
Simply submit an enquiry with your event details. We’ll contact you create your bespoke proposal. Begin your booking process.
I want something that is not on your website – can you help? I.E Bouncy Castles / Chair Hire
We will always do our best to help – we work with a variety of businesses within the events sector.
Do I get to keep the set up?
Unfortunately our backdrops and props are all on a hire charge however the balloons are all yours!
