How It Works

1. Enquiry

Share your event details — date, location, inspiration, and any ideas you already have. This helps us understand the scale and style of your celebration.

2. Consultation

We'll be in touch to talk through your vision, priorities, and budget. This is where we get a feel for your aesthetic and how you want the event to feel, not just look. Having your venue details to hand at this stage is really helpful.

3. Bespoke Proposal

You'll receive a tailored proposal including design direction and concepts, suggested installations and styling ideas, and a clear breakdown of costs. Nothing is off the shelf — everything is created specifically for your event.

4. Design and Planning

Once you're happy to go ahead, we refine every detail: colours, layouts, focal points, personalisation, timings, and logistics. We liaise directly with your venue to make sure everything runs smoothly.

5. Installation

On the day, we handle everything — delivery, set-up, styling, and finishing touches — so you can focus on enjoying your event.

6. Removal

If required, we return after your event to carefully remove and collect all décor, leaving the space exactly as we found it.
